Orders and shipping
Currently, we provide delivery service to Malaysia and Singapore.
Semenanjung Malaysia | Standard Delivery 2-3 Days | MYR 8
Sabah/Sarawak | Standard Delivery 2-7 Days | MYR 30
Singapore | Standard Delivery 2 – 14 Days | MYR 40
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact REI’s Customer Service team (hello@heyrei.com) as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.
If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, refuse the parcel and place a new order.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
Exchanges are only available for Malaysian customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase.

All refunds will be made via store credit within 48 hours upon receiving the returned items.

We accept credit cards – both Visa and Master card, online transfer, Grabpay and and e-wallets.
